Perform Mode

Perform is the musician-facing view. It focuses on the active song, its chords, and readable lyrics while keeping the set list close at hand. It is designed for rehearsal, personal practice, and leading live music.

Open a set

1. Open Perform.
2.  Use the Set Lists button in the sidebar to choose the set you want.
3. Choose a song in the set or use Previous Song and Next Song to move through it.
4. For a linked pair added together, rediSONG presents the songs together and uses the combined song order if one has been set.

Perform controls

Chord toggle	Shows or hides chords. Chord-only Intro and Instrumental sections disappear when chords are hidden.
Romaji toggle	Available for Japanese songs. It shows or hides romaji.
Key	Selects the working key for the set song. The star identifies the original key.
Capo	Shows the capo number beside the title and in the scrolling header.
Text size	Makes lyrics easier to read from your normal position.
Background	Sets the reading background. The footer uses a slightly darker related shade.

Linked songs and song order

A linked pair added together is shown as one set item. If no custom song order is set, rediSONG presents the first song followed by the second. If a custom order is set, Perform follows that order and combines sections from both linked songs where needed.
